As a homeschooling mom of four and wife to an active-duty Airman, she leads with quiet patience, kindness, and a sincere desire to help others succeed. It’s the people who drew her to the shop, and she works tirelessly to create a space that’s supportive, welcoming, and where everyone feels appreciated. At her core, Molly is a true community builder, nurturing small businesses and helping ideas flourish.
